Refunds and Exchanges

No Refund policy

Any product bought from Couture Kahani can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/colour is incorrect
  
• There is a manufacturing defect
  

Please contact customer care by emailing couturekahani@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.

All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer.

We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric. 

Alterations 

Ordered a bigger size or longer length? We got you covered! Send us back your outfits and we’d get them altered for you 🤍

Alteration surcharge: PKR 3,500/-
