Delivery Time

As every Couture Kahani piece is made to order, please allow 40–45 days from order confirmation for your outfit to be handcrafted and dispatched.

If your order is required for a specific occasion, we recommend placing it well in advance.

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available).

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Public holidays

Unforeseen production delays

Courier service disruptions

High-demand periods

If there is any significant delay, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Undeliverable Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, any re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
