Refund, Returns & Amendments Policy

At Couture Kahani, each outfit is made to order especially for you. As every piece is individually crafted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless an item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly.

If you believe your order has a manufacturing fault or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing couturekahani@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Our team will assess your request and advise you on the next steps.

Amendments

If your outfit requires minor size adjustments, we offer an amendment service where possible.

To arrange an amendment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The garment must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

Please note:

An amendment fee may apply depending on the changes required.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our studio.

Amendments are subject to the garment design and construction, and not all alterations are possible.

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our garments as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting and differences in screen settings.

Order Cancellation

As all garments are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
